All insurance information provided to our office must be accurate and complete. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your plan before your visit. Our team is happy to review your coverage with you on request, though benefit information is always an estimate and is never guaranteed.
If your dental insurance changes for any reason, please provide updated information before your scheduled appointment. If you have secondary dental insurance, please submit that information prior to your visit as well.
In rare cases, secondary insurance plans include a non duplication of benefits clause, meaning the secondary plan may not pay until your primary plan has reached its yearly maximum. Our office handles all insurance billing on your behalf.
We’re insurance friendly and happy to process claims for you. If we’re out of network with your insurance, payment in full is required at the time of service. We’ll still submit your claim as usual so you can be reimbursed directly by your plan. We understand this may be a change in how you use your benefits, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
